Unlike generic assistant services or task-based platforms, Complete Resolution Support offers structured, white-glove support designed specifically for ADR professionals. With a deep understanding of the legal industry and legal process, we bring professionalism, discretion, and operational insight to your practice. Our approach ensures brand-aligned communication, seamless workflow integration, and support tailored to how you work—without rigid systems, third-party branding, or fee-sharing arrangements.

Absolutely. While we offer tiered service levels for clarity, every engagement is customized to align with your preferences, practice structure, and client communication style.
-
We recognize that mediators and arbitrators are entrusted with sensitive information. Complete Resolution Support upholds strict confidentiality standards consistent with the expectations of legal professionals. All case-related and client information is treated as privileged and protected. Upon request, we are happy to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to formalize these obligations.
-
We don’t require long-term contracts, but we do ask for a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure a successful onboarding and workflow integration. This period allows us to fully understand your practice, customize support systems, and deliver meaningful results. After the initial term, services continue month-to-month, offering flexibility while maintaining continuity.
